 He first came to attention when Bill Barr's (head of DOJ) dad, hired him as a maths teacher for the private school he was then principal of. Jeff started stalking teenage female students and there were complaints from pupils and parents. Jeff was eventually let go, but so was Bill's dad for hiring an unqualified teacher like Jeff and not sacking him sooner.

So Jeff got a job on Wall St and it's not clear how but his mathematical genius made him a billionaire ( certainly very rich). He became a close friend of Donald J Trump, you know, birds of a feather…??. If you Google hard, you can find videos of the two creeps oggling girls at a party and Donald waxing lyrical about his buddy Jeff.


In the early 2000′s Jeff was indicted in Florida for sexual encounters with underage girls. The state attorneys were pushed aside and a federal attorney who later became a secretary in the Trump Administration, did a deal with Jeff's attorneys that gave Jeff a short jail term when he should have got 20 years.


Google who his attorneys were and you may be surprised that one Of them represents Trump in his impeachment trial! I think William Barr also worked for that law firm (But apparently wasn't involved with Jeff) at that time. But small world!
